Thank you! That sounds like a good idea - very convenient.

I'm not sure whether ours goes in the dishwasher but I use the air fryer toaster oven every day but since there are only 2 of us, I don't use the dishwasher often.

Sounds great!

I love tofu! If I get the Vietnamese kind (a dense tofu that people use for frying) I like it straight out of the package! But I can't get it often; it's found mainly in Little Saigon (Westminster, CA) where the tofu is made.

With regular water-packed tofu I like it prepared in my air fryer toaster oven (mine is Cuisinart), which has a basket and a baking sheet. I usually bake it at high temperature on the baking sheet, which I line with foil so it's easier to clean than the basket. I don't mind if the tofu is somewhat soft so I don't press it, but it do stir or turn the cubes over half way through the baking time.

I look forward to trying it with your seasonings. Thanks for the recipe!

Ooh gotcha! I have the Nuwave brand so I'm able to put the basket directly into the dishwasher. I've found that with the basket, there is no need to flip the tofu because the mesh allows for 360-degree heat :)
