I suppose they’re not technically veggie patties but the three I rotate are black bean patties (which might contain rice or sweet potatoes); tempeh patties; and a “crab” cake using artichoke hearts.

These chickpea-veggie patties sound so delicious!

Good point about making veggies the center of your dinner without making them as a soup, salad, or stir fry.

I'm curious about the sauce you served with it (the one in the picture)) - was it tahini sauce? Are those sesame seeds on top?

Hi Faye! Yep, that's tahini sauce. I only added the seeds for aesthetic reasons, haha :)
