Oh that looks so fresh and moreish! We do something similar with a big bunch of coriander - dill is harder to get here and usually more expensive, but now we really must try your recipe 😋.

That's interesting! Herbs are usually really inexpensive here in the States. Where do you live?? Dill and potatoes is a classic Ukrainian pairing so I always have a soft spot for it.

Oh we're based in Asia these days. Herbs like dill, sage, tarragon can be pretty expensive, and often aren't available at all (I think it's partly because many people aren't familiar with how to use them).

Thankfully there are plenty of wonderful local herbs, but the flavour profile does change a bit.
